Say hello to Rio! Rio is a smart, fun-loving pup with a great personality. He’s affectionate, loves attention, and thrives with daily exercise and playtime. Rio enjoys being around his people and always up for a cuddle after a day full of adventures!

He’s fully house-trained, knows several commands, and is eager to learn more! He’s great with kids, loves other dogs, and would do well with a playmate or regular trips to the dog park. Rio is expected to be medium-sized when fully grown, making him the perfect size for most families.

Rio needs an active family who can provide exercise and mental stimulation. He’d love a home with another playful dog and someone dedicated to continuing his training. He does have some anxiety when being crated but has done well being left loose in the house providing he has doggy friends to keep him company.
Rio has lived with a cat and is respectful, but would enjoy a friend he can wrestle with.
