Meet Rio: The playful pup with a heart of gold! Rio is an adventurous and affectionate pup who’s equal parts playful and snuggly!  He's already mastering the art of stealing hearts. Rio is the perfect mix of energy and sweetness, ready to bring joy to his forever family.

Rio is quick to learn and loves to please. He has already mastered commands like sit, down, shake a paw, and come. His favourite pastimes include playing fetch, enjoying tasty treats, engaging in tug-of-war, and entertaining himself with his beloved toys. Rio is still perfecting his leash skills but is making excellent progress. He’s a social pup who gets along wonderfully with his furry foster siblings and is curious yet respectful around cats. While he hasn't met children yet, his gentle and playful nature suggests he’d be a fantastic addition to a family with kids.

Mostly house-trained, Rio is still navigating the occasional puppy mishap. He’s also working on getting comfortable with his kennel, though he currently prefers snoozing on a cozy bed near his humans.
Rio is searching for a loving home where he can be a cherished family member. He thrives on attention, enjoys being around people, and would love the companionship of other playful pups. He’s not fond of being left alone, so a home with lots of love and companionship would be his dream come true!
